and lately I have a lot of audio noise is ticking a lot of audio and one video. Tttt-TTT-TT or TTT or tttttt. Ticks just leave as long as sometimeswith check the first sample. hearing within a radius of 25 miles in a variety of devices, car, truck radio, television, computers and receivers at home, the computer at work (13 miles from home) Any clues?

Cell phones, possible. It is quite clear about the situation, but I know that you click just before a call on my cell phone on the loudspeaker in my time.
This scheme tttt you list above is very similar to the signals used by Nextel iDEN network.
